Digital Imaging and Desktop Publishing

Isa sa maga pinaka-madaling gawin ay ang pag-adjust ng laki ng larawan. Adobe Photoshop ay may mga madaling paraan para gawin ito, kahit gaano man ito kalaki.
Para gawin ito:
– Buksan ang Photoshop
– Buksan ang file. Pumunta sa File – Open – Piliin ang file na gusto mong lakihan o liitan.
– Ngaun simulan ang resizing, piliin ang Image (top menu), bumaba sa menu para makita ang Image size... TIto ang makikita:

Pixel Dimensions – Width and Height
Kunwari ang larawan natin ay may 201 pixels in Width, and 150 pixel in height. Pixels ay ang standard measuring tools gagamitin natin sa tutorials, siguraduhin na ang indicators ay set to Pixels, pwedeng i-click ito para ma select. Percentages ay pwedeng gamitin sa ibang larawan, pero sa pixels muna tayo ngayon. mapapansin mo na kapag mag type ka ng ibat-ibang numero sa Width or Height box, mapapalitan n rin ang laki ng larawan. Ito ay dahila ang pangatlong option, Constrain Proportions ay naka-select. ITo ang magpapanatili ng proporsyon ng larawan, para hindi magmukahang streched ang larawan. Subukang palitan sa 100 width, makikita mo na ang height ay napalitan din sa 76 pixels.



Gamito lang kadali na palitan ang laki ng larawan.

Adobe Photoshop is the premier photo editing software tool available. Whether you are working on a webpage, Powerpoint presentation, or a document to be printed, Photoshop can be used to enhance your images. Participants will learn about image file types, cropping images, compositing (putting several images together), ghosting images (for use as webpage backgrounds), using layers, creating masks, applying filters, and formatting text with bevels and other effects.

My first impression on photoshop was this application is really great realizing all the wonders it could do to an image. That is why I enrolled at IT211 to learn more about it. I just expect that I would be more familiar on photoshop.

Color Significance in Organizations/ Companies


Many leading brands are so linked to specific hues that they are primarily recognized by their color or colors. Think Coke red, American Express blue, Kodak yellow and red, British Petroleum (BP) yellow and green, DeWalt black and yellow.
When a color and design “signature” is established, it becomes the brand identifier that reinforces the image in the marketplace across many levels of communication.
This should include print and collateral materials, Web sites, packaging, point-of-purchase displays, signage, as well as the product itself, creating what is termed a “total brand experience.”
Consumers need to have that brand experience whenever they shop or seek information about the brand, as it also helps to establish that they will receive the same quality and service across many platforms. So it’s not just about image.
